About the Company
Brolutions is a Belgian holding company behind three purpose-driven consumer brands: Bambaw (sustainable everyday products), Oravix (oral care), and Arista (Ayurveda-inspired wellness). Our products reach customers in over 30 countries through Amazon, retail, and our own webshops. We're a compact, international team of 30 based in Brussels and remote.
About the Role
We're looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to take full ownership of our physical supply chain — from the moment goods leave our suppliers in China to the moment they're available in every regional fulfilment channel. You'll be the central point of contact for our freight forwarders and 3PL warehouses (including Amazon FBA/AWD) across four regions (EU, UK, USA, Canada).
This is not a support role. You'll run logistics independently from day one, working closely with the Procurement team and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. You'll coordinate international freight, manage 3PL relationships and inbound shipments, keep inventory systems accurate, validate invoices, and flag risks before they become stock-outs.
Key Responsibilities
International Freight & Forwarding (30%)
* Own the end-to-end shipment flow from China-based forwarders through sea/air freight to destination warehouses in EU, UK, USA, and Canada
* Coordinate booking, documentation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to each 3PL
* Track every shipment in real time and escalate delays before they impact stock availability
Fulfilment Channel Inbound (incl. Amazon FBA/AWD) (20%)
* Manage marketplace inbound shipments (primarily Amazon FBA) across four regions, ensuring shipment plans comply with Amazon requirements (labelling, packaging, appointment scheduling)
* Coordinate AWD (Amazon Warehousing & Distribution) in the USA, including bulk inbound planning and auto-replenishment monitoring to FBA
* Prepare and monitor AWD expansion to Europe when activated
3PL Warehouse Operations (25%)
* Serve as single point of contact for 3PLs (EU hub and E-commerce warehouse)
* Coordinate inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, intra-warehouse transfers, and new-product onboarding at each 3PL
* Oversee annual stock counts, review and validate 3PL invoices against agreed rate cards
Inventory & System Accuracy (15%)
* Keep systems consistently up to date: ERP/inventory tool, Amazon Seller Central dashboards, and the internal shipment tracking spreadsheet
* Flag and resolve discrepancies (overstock, defectives, phantom stock) within 48 hours of detection
* Manage product version transitions across warehouses to minimise mixed inventory
Cost Tracking & Risk Management (10%)
* Track logistics costs per shipment and per unit across all lanes and 3PLs; validate every invoice before approval
* Proactively flag risks: port congestion, carrier delays, customs holds, seasonal capacity constraints
* Maintain a shipment tracker visible to stakeholders with real-time status on every active movement
About You
* 2–5 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination — ideally in an e-commerce or 3PL-managed environment
* Digitally fluent: comfortable spending full days working with Office 365, online platforms, and digital coordination tools. This is a desk-based coordination role, not a field or warehouse role
* Strong attention to detail and a personal commitment to data accuracy — you understand that a missed update in the system has downstream consequences on physical goods
* Proactive communicator: you flag issues early with clear context rather than waiting to be asked
* Able to juggle multiple shipments, systems, and time zones simultaneously without losing track
* You communicate clearly in English (our working language) and flag problems early rather than waiting for them to escalate
Nice to have:
* Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, or AWD inbound flows — a strong plus given the volume we ship through Amazon
* Experience with freight documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices)
* Hands-on experience with an ERP or inventory management tool
Why Join Brolutions
* Own the full Amazon logistics function for a brand with 800+ SKUs across four major marketplaces
* Work with a team that values autonomy — you will run your domain, not wait for approvals
* Be part of a sustainability-driven company where your work has real environmental impact
* Competitive freelance compensation
* Fully remote setup with a collaborative, international team
