Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and skilled Bi-lingual Patient Liaison to support patients and clinics involved in clinical research trials.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our patients, study sites, vendors, and other related parties.
* Coordinate travel and logistics requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including arrangements such as flights, hotel, ground transportation, and special needs assistance.
* Manage interaction with vendors handling travel requests.
* Review travel requests against study parameters and seek approvals where necessary.
* Process expense reimbursements to patients for approved expenses, including review against study parameters and seeking approvals where necessary of those expenses.
* Train study site personnel on how to use the online portal, including creating/entering requests in the portal if applicable.
Requirements:
1. BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience within the customer service or life sciences industry preferred.
3. Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
4. Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
5. Experience working with multiple independent vendors to achieve results on a deadline.
6. Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
7. Ability to modify, edit, and create Excel spreadsheets, Word documents.
8. Ability to conduct hotel, venue, and destination research online.
9. Ability to work with financial information, including knowledge and understanding of foreign currency.
10. Ability to track and manage key dates/deadlines.
11. The ability to learn quickly.
12. Eager to learn and develop, with a high level of coachability and growth mindset.
