What Makes This Role Great:In this role, you'll be the engine of growth for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, acting as a "Hunter" for new logos.
You will have the unique opportunity to manage the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions, making a tangible impact on Trimble's global footprint.
**Key Exciting Responsibilities*** Drive Strategic Growth: Spearhead new revenue initiatives and acquire new Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across the Spanish and Portuguese markets to expand our global network.
* Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the entire process from lead generation to closing, utilizing precision CRM forecasting to ensure high deal velocity.
* Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Orchestrate complex, price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value.
**Essential Skills & Experience*** B2B Sales Expertise: 5+ years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within the SaaS or logistics industry.
* Bilingual Communication: *Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus (but not mandatory)* is required to collaborate with our international teams and local clients.
* Strategic Hybrid Mindset: Demonstrated ability to balance aggressive new business acquisition with meticulous key account development.
**Bonus Points For:** Experience navigating large-scale, private equity-owned global environments or international organizational structures.
