Job Title: SAP Program Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager to lead end-to-end SAP program delivery within the manufacturing domain.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple project streams across production, supply chain, and logistics operations, ensuring successful program execution on time, within budget, and aligned with business strategy and global manufacturing standards.

* Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
* PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
* SAP certification in Production planning/Manufacturing or SAP Activate.
* 7 to 10+ years of SAP project delivery experience, including at least 5 years in a Program Management role.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP programs in the Manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes—production planning, shop floor execution, quality control, and maintenance.
Leadership & Soft Skills
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills at CxO and operational levels.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage cross-functional, multi-country teams in a matrix organization.
* Fluent in English (additional European languages an advantage).
