In this vital role, you will support Dutch-speaking customers as they utilize our grocery delivery services. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, troubleshooting issues with orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch for grocery delivery inquiries and issues.
- Assist customers with placing orders, modifying deliveries, and addressing any concerns.
- Offer information about products, promotions, and delivery schedules to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effectively resolve complaints and ensure timely follow-up on customer issues.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely grocery delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through attentive and personalized service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or delivery sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and order management systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
