ROLE:
* Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology;
* Analyze the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution;
* Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective performance, and interact with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions;
* Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders;
* Develop documentation describing business processes and system design;
* Use data analysis techniques to identify trends and support decision-making;
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions;
* Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
PROFILE:
* Higher education in Information Technology;
* More than 4 years of professional experience in similar roles;
* Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
* Strong ability to perform data analysis, interpret trends, and make data-driven recommendations;
* Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, solve problems, and ensure project alignment with business objectives;
* Intermediate level proficiency in Digital Asset Management (DAM);
* Fluency in English;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
