Job Scope and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Assistant Brand Manager who will report to the Brand & Marketing Manager Lenses Portugal and will be responsible for supporting the management of the portfolio of new brands and products in Portugal, following the strategy of the assigned brands in the national market and the company's global guidelines.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Support in implementing and adapting the global strategy and plans for the new category's portfolio.
Support in the launch of new products, including adaptation and creation of local presentations, distribution and sales analyses, definition of materials and visibility and management with the sales team.
Support in managing and organizing brand events and internal events.
Analyzing and monitoring the evolution of sales and distribution according to key indicators (KPIs).
Participating in follow-up meetings with the commercial and corporate team, monitoring the performance of the brands and looking for new opportunities and synergies.
Working together with the Trade Marketing department to define and monitor all promotional and visibility activities for the brands in the portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management or similar
1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
Languages
Native Portuguese
Proficient in English
Spanish is a plus
