We’re expanding our team in Portugal, offering you the chance to work locally while embracing a truly international role. You’ll be based in our factory in Castelo De Paiva, but you’ll frequently travel to our headquarters in Belgium and other Decospan locations across Europe. Collaboration knows no borders here.
Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will:
* Get to know the different Decospan departments quickly and translate their needs into smart workflows and processes.
* Ensure seamless integration between ERP, WMS, MES, and CRM, while supporting the rollout of SAP DM.
* Write clear requirements and collaborate closely with programmers and implementation partners to deliver IT solutions.
* Monitor processes, analyze data, and proactively prevent issues by optimizing system communication.
* Train colleagues and make sure systems are used efficiently.
* Deepen your knowledge of our products and safeguard accurate data registration.
What We’re Looking For
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, business, or industrial engineering.
* Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an industrial environment or consultancy.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly map complex processes.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
* You’re not a programmer, but you understand IT language and can spot errors proactively.
* A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital transformation.
* Fluent English and Portuguese is required.
