We’re looking for a experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the rollout and implementation of an international SAP program for a leading global aerospace company. Responsibilities: esponsibilities will include: Act as a primary point between stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budget Lead discussions and workshops with finance, accounting, and controlling stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for SAP FICO solutions Design and propose efficient and scalable SAP FICO solutions that align with business objectives and best practices Develop and deliver training programs to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilization of SAP FICO functionalities Skills: 5 years of experience (ideally as Business Analyst) Good understanding of Business Processes in Finance area Demonstrated experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects and support Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, and performing gap analysis Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Relevant SAP certifications will be a plus Offer: Competitive salary package and benefits Direct contract with the client Integration in a solid, tech-driven company international projects Opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact solutions Hybrid work model Continuous development and training plans
