Lead Financial Operations Team
About the Role
The Finance and Accounting team is responsible for managing the company's financial operations. We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Team Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of finance professionals in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR/O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
* Ensure timely delivery of tasks within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency
* Oversee end-to-end F&A operations including AP, AR/O2C, R2R, and General Ledger activities
* Monitor and report on team performance against defined KPIs and service standards
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
* Master's degree (MBA / CA / CMA) preferred
* 5-7 years of F&A experience in SSC/GBS or corporate finance
* At least 2–3 years in a team leader/supervisory role
* In-depth knowledge of F&A processes (AP, AR, R2R, GL) in a Shared Services/GBS environment
* Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
