We're looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant to help us keep our financial operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the current responsible person, learning and gradually taking on more responsibilities in processes like invoicing, cost control, and payroll support.

Responsibilities include:
1. Issuing invoices and following up on client payments
2. Supporting our monthly payroll process, in collaboration with our accounting team
3. Monitoring costs and updating internal management reports
4. Assisting in the preparation of financial and operational reports
5. Working closely with the CEO, CCO, project managers, and our admin team to keep everything aligned and clear
Minimum requirements:
- Background in Accounting, Management, or a similar area
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and responsible profile
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Speak and understand Portuguese; English is a valued language
