We are seeking an UX Researcher to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform's user experience and product roadmap.
In this role, you will uncover user needs through in-depth research in industrial environments and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Your work will directly influence product design, feature development, and overall platform evolution.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute a variety of research strategies, including user research (e.g., field studies, surveys), analysis of qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., APM, NPS), and market/competitive research.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and investigate key research topics.Conduct usability studies with customers and end users to evaluate product experiences and identify areas for improvement.Communicate research findings effectively to diverse stakeholders through clear written reports and engaging oral presentations.Influence and support the evolution of the product roadmap by translating research insights into actionable recommendations—beyond UX—by proposing, creating, and specifying user stories.Lead and conduct exploratory research on emerging technologies such as AI, AR, IoT, and GxP-compliant environments.Champion UX research best practices and promote a user-centered mindset across the organization.Requirements+4 years of UX research experiencePrevious experience as Product Owner and/or Product ManagerBachelor's or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)Proven experience of user research techniques and user research toolsAbility to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning and evaluatingAbility to quickly and effectively share research resultsAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisionsA strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude/emphatyExcellent time-management skills and attention to detailFluent in English and Portuguese (other languages especially French and German would be a plus)OtherRemote work with availability to travel internationally (estimate 45% of the time on the field/travel)We are open to people working from Brazil or Europe
