Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience & User Advocacy
- Identify and address customer pain points in product interfaces through data analysis, feedback loops, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain user personas to design experiences tailored to different use cases.
- Test design concepts with real users at every stage — from discovery to post-launch evaluation — ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
- Apply emotional intelligence, active listening, and questioning skills to advocate for customers throughout the design process.
- Seek feedback, maintain a growth mindset, and collaborate across the business to refine solutions.
2. Product Differentiation & Brand Alignment
- Make research-driven design decisions to keep the company at the forefront of UI/UX in the industry.
- Embed brand identity consistently across product designs for recognizable, intuitive, and accessible interfaces.
- Stay informed of the latest UI/UX trends to maintain credibility and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate across teams to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and prototyping to delivery, ensuring lasting impact.
- Integrate emerging design technologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in product design within SaaS, B2B, or B2C environments, designing for web and mobile applications.
- UX Skills: user research, journey mapping, interaction design, accessibility, and inclusivity principles.
- UI Skills: visual design, design systems, micro-interactions, user-centered design, responsive principles.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and creating interactive prototypes.
- Basic front-end knowledge for technical feasibility and design implementation.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Desirable
- Degree in Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean UX, or Scrum methodologies.
