We are seeking a Power BI UI/UX Specialist to support our data analysis efforts by designing high-quality reports, dashboards, and reusable Power BI assets.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (95% Remote / 5% On-Site)

Key Responsibilities
* Design visually impactful and user-friendly dashboards
* Develop reusable templates and Power BI visual assets
* Apply UI/UX principles to improve usability and design consistency
* Collaborate with stakeholders and business communities to promote design excellence
* Enhance the look & feel of Power BI reports through effective theming and layout
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Advanced UI/UX expertise within Power BI
* Strong skills in Power BI theming, dashboard design, and usability optimization
* Experience building scalable, reusable components
* Familiarity with business intelligence best practices and design standards
* Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and community-driven environments
