As an IT Business Manager at IVY Partners you will: - Analyze the strategic challenges and needs of your clients and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the commercial and operational development of your client portfolio, ensuring a clear account mapping.
- Monitor project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
- Engage in the recruitment process, mentor, and support the career development of your team members.
- Ensure continuous follow-up: career management, training plans, mission tracking, and performance reviews.
- Manage the financial performance of your portfolio and optimize profitability (P&L management).
About you!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong knowledge of the IT ecosystem within the Industry and Services sectors.
- Proven ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Recognized leadership skills and ability to engage and inspire teams.
