Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring stability, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have advanced administration skills in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
* Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment.
* Configure and optimize tenant settings, licensing, and integrations with hybrid or third-party systems.
* Provide 3rd/4th line support and transfer operational knowledge to lower support tiers.
* Create and maintain design and operational documentation.
* Monitor service health, performance, and align future deployments with global IT strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot).
* Expertise in Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and hybrid identity management.
* Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
* Solid understanding of M365 licensing, compliance, and security standards.
* Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
