Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Analytics Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert payroll and analytics services, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process company payroll monthly in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain the payroll processing system, gathering, calculating and inputting data as required.
* Manage administrative processes related to admissions and dismissals, including Social Security, Compensation Funds and ACT.
* Compute employee pay based on time records, benefits and taxes.
* Respond to staff inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance and time records.
* Adhere to payroll policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Honor confidentiality of employees' records.
* Prepare payroll reports for internal record and managerial review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in payroll and analytics.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.
