Project Details
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Consultant (Functional + Developer) to support end to end digital transformation initiatives.
This role combines functional consulting, business process mapping, and hands on development/customization in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to deliver scalable solutions that align with real business needs.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and/or F&O)
Experience performing functional analysis, gathering requirements, and designing business processes
Strong skills in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration (entities, forms, workflows, business rules)
Hands on development experience with:
* C# / .NET
* Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
* Plugins & Custom Workflows
* JavaScript for front end customizations
* Web APIs, integrations and Azure services
* Solid understanding of modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, or related business areas
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and solution deployment
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* English proficiency: B2 or higher
1. Responsibilities
Lead functional discovery sessions with business teams
Analyze processes, define requirements, and produce functional documentation
Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business logic
Develop custom components (plugins, scripts, integrations, automations)
Work with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) to build integrations
Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and ensure solution quality
Train users and support adoption of new features
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and cross functional teams
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices
Assist with production deployments and post go live support
Nice to Have
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Knowledge of Dataverse, Model Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps
Experience with Power BI dashboards and data modeling
Background in sectors such as retail, finance, manufacturing, logistics, or field services
