You will assist with project setup, content coordination, screen configuration, and client onboarding. You'll help resolve support tickets, track usage and performance, and prepare reporting.This position is based in the city of Maia in Portugal.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist sales team with the setup of demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).Assist customers in the initial setup and configuration of their network solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.Support the onboarding of new clients.Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their network systems are operating efficiently.Support queries on product-specific issues on installation & ongoing.Bug catching & testing new features for the developers.Update training materials & documentation for colleagues.Collect and report issues to Product Manager.Daily communication and relationship with customers to engage and guide them.Handle product support calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally.Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.Must HaveDegree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent working experience.Cisco and/or other Networks vendors certifications.Knowledge of multi-service network architectures to support IPTV, VoIP, Wi‐Fi.Ability to install and configure networking equipment.Ability to install and configure networking, IPTV, Voice over IP, and WiFi equipment.Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and QoS.Ability to diagnose and resolve network related issues.Experience with network security and firewall configurations.Knowledge of the Linux command line.Experience with Scripting Languages (e.g. bash).You must be open to (and excited by) using AI tools and collaborative platforms to enhance productivity and code quality.Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage the customer expectations.Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Nice to HaveExperience with customer service.Previous experience in similar positions.What's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open cultureReal responsibilities and autonomyExpand your knowledge of various countries and regionsGreat career opportunity in a fast-evolving Technology companyContribute to the greater experience of millions of Travellers around the World!#J-18808-Ljbffr
