Technical Support Role for EV Charging Infrastructure

Job Description:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to EV charger functionality, connectivity, and usage.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Dutch. Previous experience in customer-facing technical support is highly desirable. Knowledge of electrical systems, IoT devices, network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi Ethernet SIM-based connectivity) as well as familiarity with EV charging standards Type 2 CCS OCPP would be beneficial but not required.
