Key Hotel Service Agent
The role of a Key Hotel Service Agent is to deliver excellent guest experiences through prompt and professional service.
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This involves processing payments, issuing room keys, and coordinating with housekeeping to prepare rooms for check-in.
Anticipate sold-out situations and identify alternative solutions when guests have reservations that cannot be met. You will also process all check-outs, including resolving any late or disputed charges.
Coordinate daily reports on arrivals and departures, track special requests, and verify report accuracy. Additionally, you will assist management in training and motivating employees, setting an example for others.
