This role will have primary responsibility for supporting all X-ray and Trace product lines of Rapiscan systems at the Airports.
The role includes but is not limited to:Installation, commissioning and service support of Rapiscan's X-ray systems.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on-site.Ensure that the technical procedures are followed and PMs and CMs are carried out in accordance with technical recommendations.Attend all call-outs.Work on shift patterns to support customer site.Ensure that all documentation and service orders are completed correctly and promptly.Submit service reports and non-conformance reports as required without delay.Contribute to the traceability of spare parts and accurate stock counting.Establish a strong and trustful relationship as the site representative of Rapiscan, responding proactively.Learn from IT specialists the server setup and PLC engineers for integration and commissioning and become proficient.Guarantee systems are permanently accurate and optimized.Participate in other departmental ad-hoc duties, including special projects.QualificationsStrong communication skills with excellent written and oral abilities.Ability to troubleshoot complex systems logically.Flexibility during times of change and prompt reaction to project adjustments.Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.Ability to obtain airport security passes (some require a criminal record check).Knowledge, Training, and QualificationsAn engineering electrical diploma.Good English language skills: spoken, written, and communication.General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronics is desirable.
