Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting solutions to meet their outsourcing needs, working closely with our People Scouting & Professional Services areas;
* Evaluate and ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals;
* Develop sales offers and present them to clients;
* Participate in Sales meetings and demos, presenting solutions to potential clients;
* Interact with different stakeholders to achieve business objectives;
* Develop account strategies and tactics to drive business growth;
* Anticipate client operational, strategic, and commercial needs;
* Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
You will work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions. Your background in sales positions, specifically in Outsourcing LoB, is essential. You must be result-driven, well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also required.
