Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Interior Architect/Designer in Dubai. The ideal candidate would:
* Have experience of working in Europe in Interior Design.
* Lead the design process for various projects, from initial concept through to completion.
* Prepare end to end architectural drawings, including tile plans, elevations, RCP's, floor plans, facade drawings.
* Work across all phases - tender, construction, shop drawings, detailed documentation, design and delivery.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
* Be required to visit projects in Abu Dhabi also, 1-2 times a week.

* MUST be able to drive and have a car. N/N: European driver's license can be converted to UAE license.
* MUST have a can-do attitude, be approachable and willing to learn newer ways of completing tasks.
Skills and Experience
* A degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
* At least 3+ years' experience as an Interior Architect, with a focus on residential projects.
* Proven track record of managing complex design projects from concept through to completion with the ability to fully liaise and manage the project with the contractor.
* Act as first point of contact for the contractor.
* Strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of materials, detailing, and finishes.
