Senior Front-End Developer – Professional Services As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will lead Agentic Workflow Orchestration and design the collaborative space where humans and AI agents interact.
Your mission is to leverage OutSystems to build high-performance, accessible, and low-cognitive-load experiences that solve complex business problems.
Mission: Agentic Excellence Your focus is the North Star of Professional Services: Reducing User Cognitive Load by building UI patterns that make autonomous agent actions transparent, trustworthy, and seamless for the end-user.
Responsibilities Live Style Guide (LSG) Engineering: Build and maintain scalable LSGs and UI patterns, creating the "rules of engagement" that allow AI agents to assemble customer-branded interfaces.
Agentic Orchestration: Supervise AI agents, prompting, auditing, and orchestrating them to generate code, troubleshoot UI bugs, and automate repetitive front-end tasks to deliver value to customers.
Prompt Engineering for UI: Develop and refine system prompts used to generate OutSystems logic and UI, ensuring AI understands the governance of the customer's style guide.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex front-end bugs (e.G., CSS race conditions, non-deterministic errors in agentic workflows) as the final escalation point.
Customer Workshops & Coaching: Lead workshops on front-end best practices and WCAG accessibility, transition teams to an orchestrator mindset, troubleshoot issues, and refine front-end strategies.
Mentorship: Guide junior developers transitioning from traditional development to AI-assisted coding.
Qualifications Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proven experience developing high-quality applications on the OutSystems platform (OutSystems UI & Mobile UI).
Ability to optimize applications for speed and search-engine visibility.
Experience implementing WCAG accessibility standards and creating inclusive tools.
AI code fluency: read, debug, and optimize code generated by LLMs, understanding hallucination patterns.
Advanced prompt engineering: structure multi-step prompts for high-quality technical outcomes.
Systemic thinking: fix bugs by addressing prompts or patterns to prevent recurrence.
Fluent in English, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Work effectively across cultures and geographies in an agile environment.
Proactive coaching attitude and contribution to evolving the Front-End practice.
Leadership by example, strong analytical thinking, and focus on user-centric design.
5+ years of experience in OutSystems and enterprise software development.
Certifications OutSystems Expert Developer.
Specialist Agentic AI certification (preferred).
Front-End Developer Specialist.
