* Conducting briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external vendors
* Managing the recruitment process to meet project requirements
* Tracking project profitability and identifying areas for improvement
* Oversight of change control and scope creep management
* Effective client management and timely reporting on project progress
* Recognition of potential barriers and challenges, and proactive mitigation strategies
