Your role:
Join our team, supporting month-end closing and budgeting development linked to manufacturing activities. The team works closely with other colleagues across the AS&UX division, including both site and central teams. In this role, you will be deeply involved in global consolidation processes and will interact with people from different regions (AP, EMEA, NA), developing your intercultural perspective. Working in a global position, you will gain a broader view of the business.
Job Duties:
1. Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L and others)
2. Consolidate and analyze global manufacturing finance reports (forecast and budget)
3. Support global finance teams with appropriate reporting guidance
4. Ensure plant goals and initiatives align with company values, strategic goals, and business plans by working directly with our 10 plants in AP, EMEA, and NA
5. Drive continuous improvement and best practices across the organization
Your Background:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or an equivalent field
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
3. Excellent command of English
4. 1-2 years of experience in cost controlling, accounting, auditing, or related fields (preferred)
5. Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong interpersonal skills
