About the Role:
* Create awareness about the DevOps culture and values within the teams.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships between development and operations teams, improving collaboration and communication.
* Evaluate team maturity levels by studying applications and working methods.
* Establish a clear roadmap to achieve Continuous Everything objectives.
* Provide training and workshops on best practices, processes, methods, and tools to promote their implementation.
* Contribute to building a seamless DevOps pipeline through process improvement initiatives.
* Monitor progress in implementing DevOps practices and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other coaches to enhance coaching and mentoring skills.
* Break down organizational silos and resolve bottlenecks that hinder team performance.
* Foster synergies between development and operations work streams.
