We are looking for a talented and accomplished Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Receive guidelines from Talent Acquisition Manager and deploy them to the team
2. Attend BU Reviews/Meetings and promote recruitment
3. Attend Hiring calls and guarantee recruitment requests opening in a timely manner and that planning is aligned with company´s interests
4. Briefing Operations about status of recruitment and bottlenecks
5. Identify development opportunities for Recruiters together with Recruitment Trainer and Quality
6. Lease with other departments
7. Follow up with recruitment laws updates
8. Control absences of the team (holidays and bank hours)
9. Coordinate internal transfer procedures/liaise with HR
10. Identify capacity needs – attrition risk and increase of hiring volumes
11. Approve requests in Sumpt
12. Identify needs of development and coach recruiters
13. Develop process and procedures inside Talent Acquisition team
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
1. Fluency in English (at least C1) both verbal and written
2. Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.
3. Ability to work independently and with a cross functional team.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
7. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge is valued).
9. Experience in Team Management and/or Recruitment.
10. Innovative.
11. Ability to be flexible, adaptable to change and thrive in a team environment.
12. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving and associates relation abilities.
13. Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
14. Availability to go to Lisbon office.
