We're looking for an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) with technical rigor and a strong desire to make an impact.

Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
* Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Data Management and Analytics
* Proven experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) focusing on SQL Server
* In-depth knowledge of SQL Server versions 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, and above
* Experience in installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of SQL Server instances
* Proficiency in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for database administration and development
* Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize database performance
* Experience in query and index performance tuning
* Experience with backup and recovery strategies, using native SQL Server tools and third-party solutions
* Knowledge of high availability solutions, including Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, and database mirroring
* Knowledge of SQL Server security practices, including access control, data encryption, and auditing
* Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automating administrative tasks
* Experience with tools like SQL Server Agent for job scheduling and automation
* Experience with monitoring and management tools, including SSMS, SQL Server Profiler, and third-party tools like Redgate or SolarWinds
* Ability to diagnose and resolve performance and availability issues in the database
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions in critical situations
* Fluency in English
