Recruiter - Projeto de 6 Meses (M / F)
Adecco Recruitment is currently recruiting a Recruiter for a prestigious and dynamic multinational client in the IT Sector and Engineering Solutions. This is a 6-month project role.
Responsibilities
1. Candidate sourcing: Engage the best talent in the market for current and future vacancies proactively.
2. Candidate management: Own the relationship with all candidates, guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer or rejection.
3. Candidate experience: Maintain a candidate-first mindset and ensure the company's culture is reflected in every interaction.
4. Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, senior leadership, People Partners, and other supporting teams.
5. Reporting & analysis: Provide regular reports with data and insights to monitor progress and support decision-making.
6. Projects and initiatives: Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects, creating engagement within the team and reporting to stakeholders.
7. Team development: Support and coach junior team members and stand in for the Talent Acquisition Lead during absences or high-priority tasks.
