About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Opportunity Developer. This role is responsible for managing a territory across various retail channels, including tobacconists, kiosks, and C-stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Territory Management: Design and implement effective territory plans aligned with area strategies, ensuring execution and suggesting contingencies.
* Business Development: Develop deep knowledge of the area to identify opportunities, establish connections with retailers, analyze relevant data, and collaborate with headquarters on campaigns.
* Trade Advocacy and Training: Build profitable relationships with retailers, train staff on category management and product knowledge, and foster product awareness to accelerate conversion and retention.
* Trade Visibility and Retail Look: Ensure excellent POS execution, product availability, and visibility, supporting new launches and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in deployment roles.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
* Collaborative, stakeholder management skills.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Action-oriented, quick learner, problem-solver.
