Senior Consultant Success Factors
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building, operating, and improving the global SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Responsibilities:
* Build, operate, and improve the global SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a focus on the Employee Central module including SuccessFactors Time.
* Manage IT projects (or workstreams) and Change Requests.
* Consult internal customers and external suppliers in an international environment and create a common platform understanding.
* Take end-to-end accountability and maintain a high pace in a complex environment.
* Manage and perform day-to-day SAP SuccessFactors operations, automate routine tasks, monitor, and manage integrations to other systems.
* Elevate Körber's SAP SuccessFactors platform to the next level by applying state-of-the-art technologies.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Multiple years of professional experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors, especially EC and Time. Knowledge about other modules is beneficial.
* Experience and passion for implementing projects in a corporate environment and proficiency in project management methods.
* Solid knowledge of HR processes, their IT requirements.
* A strong 'get it done' mentality, solution orientation, and striving for harmonization.
* Stay up-to-date about ongoing technical developments within SAP SuccessFactors.
* Integration skills with cloud platforms are a plus.
* Good team player with a high level of integrity and strong communication skills in English.
* German language skills are considered an asset.
