We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a project where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art AI solutions, actively contributing to AI-driven products and applications.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent field;At least 5 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role;Strong knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT), machine learning, and deep learning;Experience with frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LangChain;Proficiency in Python and Java, as well as data analysis and visualization libraries (NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib);Experience with big data and distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark) is valued;Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their respective AI services;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent communication and teamwork skills;Attention to detail, autonomy, and a proactive attitude;Constant willingness to learn and keep up with technological developments.Fluency in English.Responsibilities:Transform business problems into AI solutions;Develop and validate impactful PoCs;Evolve PoCs into MVPs and production;Translate prototypes into robust MVPs, collaborating with software engineers and data scientists to scale solutions;Design, optimize, and fine-tune AI models;Ensure quality, reliability, and usability;Integrate AI into existing products and systems;Keep up with trends and promote innovation;Document and communicate clearly;Mentor and support more junior members.We offer:Health insurance;Free online training through the Udemy platform;On-site and remote training at Olisipo's Learning Center;Free certifications (after passing the exam);Discounts at Olisipo Partners (in the areas of health and well-being, fitness, travel, among others);Free psychological consultations;Possibility of a salary advance, without commissions.Hybrid project (1 day a week at the office) - Venda do Pinheiro.Apply now and take the next step in your career with Olisipo!
