**Release Manager Job Overview**
This position plays a crucial role in the organization's software delivery lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the rollout of new software releases to customer environments, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, optimize, and drive adoption of release management processes at scale.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement around software releases.
* Facilitate the planning and execution of software releases, including release planning, communication, coordination, and risk management.
* Support cross-functional collaboration, remove impediments, and accelerate feedback loops between business functions throughout the release process.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of working experience in a Software Development, Operations or Customer Success function.
* Higher education degree, preferably in business or technology.
* Solid understanding of the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and BizDevOps collaboration in a SaaS business.
* Excellent organizational skills, with a track record from project, program, or delivery management roles.
* Strong facilitation skills, with an ability to foster collaboration, drive progress through servant leadership, and enable improvement through coaching.
* Experience with process design, implementation, and improvement.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with an ability to effectively connect with business and technical stakeholders.
