* Source, evaluate, and close high-quality candidates with at least 4 years of IT Recruiter experience.
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective interview processes.
* Drive offer process, salary negotiations, and candidate closure efficiently.
* Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
