* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide L3 operational support across environments, handling incidents, issues, and change requests.
* Monitor and maintain application and infrastructure stability with strong SLAs in mind.
* Drive and manage technical projects in collaboration with infrastructure and development teams.
* Participate in the design and support of technical architectures for new business initiatives.
* Improve automation and procedures using scripting tools (Shell, PowerShell, Python).
* Manage secure and compliant infrastructures in line with IT security standards.
* Coordinate production releases and infrastructure changes (e.g. server migrations, datacenter events).
* Ensure backup, recovery processes and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) readiness through bi-annual testing.
* Monitor system performance and adjust capacity or design architecture as needed.
* Document technical operations, procedures, and architecture for efficient knowledge transfer.
* Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in Linux-based IT projects.
* Strong experience with Linux systems (Windows Server is a plus).
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell and Python.
* Experience with web servers and application servers (e.g., WebSphere, JBoss).
* Solid understanding of IT security concepts, including SSL, reverse proxies, and load balancers.
* Familiarity with scheduler tools (e.g., Control-M, VTOM).
* Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, ELK).
* Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines and tools: Git, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, OpenShift, Docker.
