Role: Business Analyst Location: Lisbon | Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office | Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and legally authorized to work there. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications Create and maintain detailed functional documentation Develop test cases and perform functional testing Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions Support end‐users during the UAT phase Provide ongoing support and training to users Participate in project meetings and provide updates on functional aspects Work closely with development teams to ensure high‐quality solutions Conduct post‐implementation reviews to assess effectiveness Coordinate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery of requirements Support process analysis and improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain workflows Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect management Create and maintain documentation, business cases, and solution proposals Act as key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (including 4 years in the financial sector for some postings) Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills EU citizenship or a Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residency Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management Experience with Agile/Scrum environments Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ERP systems, and financial markets Good knowledge in SQL queries and database models Familiarity with functional testing tools and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN) Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or related industries (preferred) Knowledge of French and English languages (nice to have) Nice to Have Knowledge of Azure DevOps Certifications such as ITIL, ISTQB, or CBAP Experience with Hadoop/Data environments Experience in market risk and data management Experience in full project lifecycle delivery Benefits & Salary Base salary €1,750 to €3,500 (varies by role) Meal allowance and flexible benefits options Health benefits for you and your family Team building activities and discount programs Continuous professional development sponsored by the Training and Certification Department Regular performance feedback and comprehensive career plan Equal Opportunities We are committed to equal opportunities and non‐discrimination.
