Adecco is hiring a Logistic Operations Specialist. Following Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporations spin-off from its parent company, Daimler Truck, and the planned integration with Hino Motors, more than 50 new permanent positions have opened in Portugal. This role is based in Tramagal (Abrantes) and offered under a local contract with Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe. This role involves managing and optimizing outbound logistics processes for commercial vehicles distributed by Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation. The position requires collaboration with international teams to ensure compliance with shipping regulations and alignment with customer requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation providers, preparing shipping documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes.

What You Will Do?
•
Define specifications and operational requirements for transport routes and tender selection.
•
Coordinate and monitor all outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
•
Schedule and manage transportation providers, including carriers and freight forwarders.
•
Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
•
Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Your Skills
•
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
•
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
•
Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software, such as SAP.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
