* Maintain high-quality standards and meet performance goals.
What Were Looking For
* Language Skills: Native or C2 level of French + B1/B2 level of English.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
* Comfort with remote collaboration and digital tools.
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
