DLAB is a European cosmetics laboratory specialized in private label and custom product development. We support emerging and established brands worldwide, offering a full-service approach from concept to final product, including formulation, production, quality control, and regulatory support.
We are particularly recognized for our expertise in lip products, delivering high-performance, premium formulas already validated by leading brands in the market.
Based in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and qualify inbound leads (main acquisition channel)
Develop structured and tailored commercial proposals
Guide clients throughout the full project lifecycle (briefing to production)
Identify growth opportunities and drive upselling
Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups strategically
Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, production, design)
Contribute actively to the commercial strategy
Profile We're Looking For
Experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals
Consultative approach with the ability to structure client projects
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Interest in the cosmetics industry (preferred)
