To Market and pitch Centric and Digital Tools capabilities to clients in EMEA;
Responsibilities
* Client Relationship & Support: on-board clients to digital tools post demo and support them in completing the set up
* Coordinate Communication and Strategy: coordinate the communication to clients of the new functionalities; work in full coordination with the EMEA Sales teams in executing the Digital strategy
* Gather Insights and Feedback: collect client feedback and work with the product managers on the development and test of the digital tools
* Data Analysis & Engagement: prepare analyses using client data to monitor hit ratios, retention rates, activity statistics, overall performance; monitor client activity and work with product managers and sales teams to increase client penetration; build & implement communication strategy, including automated client journeys to drive engagement and cross-usage of our digital tools
Technical Skills
* Academic background in marketing and/or business management. (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar areas are a plus)
* Experience of sales or account management with an understanding of institutional client needs
* Strong Excel knowledge, Python as a plus
* Availability to travel within EMEA
