Role Overview
As a Senior Quality and Process Manager, you will contribute to developing the Quality Management System for IT, driving operational efficiency through performant processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance and framework for regulatory compliance in IT and develop a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to support business needs and drive organizational change.
2. Take ownership of one QMS core process and establish a process improvement board across the IT organization.
3. Identify, assess, and monitor QMS and process risks, defining mitigation measures.
4. Support the IT organization in implementing and complying with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 11 for assigned QMS topics and processes.
5. Independently plan QMS and process concepts, improvements, initiatives, and harmonization across the IT organization.
6. Communicate effectively, organize workshops, and manage changes in the organization for assigned QMS processes.
7. Demonstrate expertise in advanced technologies, processes, and quality management practices, serving as the leading point of authority and/or source of process knowledge.
8. Contribute to problem resolution, leveraging extensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
9. Plan, develop, organize, and perform training related to QMS.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of work experience in IT Quality Management or Quality Management Systems.
* Extensive professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
* In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 13485) and regulations.
* Proven experience in Change management process is highly preferred.
Education:
* You have successfully completed a degree in the field of IT / (business) informatics or comparable. Certifications in ITIL V3 or higher are appreciated.
* Knowledge and skills on process modeling including tools like ARIS, ServiceNow, or Stages and methodology like value stream mapping are preferred.
Skills:
* Ability to operate successfully in an international environment, fluent in written and spoken English, very good German skills are an advantage.
