Responsibilities:

* Process companies' payroll monthly.
">
* Maintain payroll processing system and record by gathering, calculating and inputting data;
">
* Maintain administrative processes of admissions and dismissals in entities such as Social Security, Compensation Funds and ACT;
">
* Compute employee pay based on time records, benefits and taxes;
">
* Answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance and time records;
">
* Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant law;
">
* Honor confidentiality of employees' records;
">
* Complete payroll reports for internal record and managerial review regarding payroll, vacations, overtime and outsourcing/buy-out;
">
* Complete other legal reports such as 'Relatório Único' and 'Folha de Férias';
">
* Complete with legal reports to AT, Social Security and others.
">

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration or related field;

* Previous experience in the function;
">
* Initiative and team spirit;
">
* Attention to detail and high organizational capacity, sense of responsibility and rigor;

* Able to handle confidential information;

* Analytical capacity skills;

* Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law;
">
* Highly skilled user with spreadsheets (Excel);
">
* Knowledge of SAP Payroll system (preferable);
">
* Knowledge of GTT software (preferable);
">
* Able to manage work programs and meet deadlines;
">
* Portuguese fluent;
">
* English fluent (preferable).
