About the Role
As a Creative Strategist at ContentJet, you will be at the forefront of performance-driven content creation, helping brands unlock the full potential of their Paid Social marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for defining and executing creative strategies that not only capture attention but also drive measurable performance outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with high-profile clients, content creators, and internal teams to develop innovative creative approaches that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement high-impact creative strategies tailored for short-form video platforms.
* Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and diagnose the underlying business bottleneck, their target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Analyze creative performance metrics and iterate on strategies to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI.
* Provide creative direction and insights to internal and external teams, creators, and production partners.
* Stay on top of both cultural and platform-specific trends, media-buying updates, and emerging strategies to ensure cutting-edge creative execution.
* Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine creative performance and identify top-performing assets.
* Synthesize performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
* Partner with internal teams, including media buyers and data analysts, to align creative storytelling with media strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
* 3+ years of experience in brand/performance/creative strategy, business consulting, content marketing, or digital advertising roles (preferably in performance-driven roles).
* Proven expertise in performance marketing and short-form video content strategies.
* Strong understanding of creative performance metrics (CTR, VTR, ROAS, CPA, Engagement Rate, etc.). Media-buying and AI literacy is an asset.
* Experience working with brands, agencies, platforms, or direct advertisers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
* Ability to translate data, cultural, and behavioural insights into compelling and actionable creative recommendations.
* Passion for social media trends, storytelling, and innovative content formats.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
