We're Hiring a Business Analyst / Data Analyst (2–3 Years of Experience)
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience to join a dynamic and data-driven business environment, focused on continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting and business insights.
Location: Maia, Portugal
Work model: On-site 3 days per week
Key responsibilities
* Gather, analyse and document business requirements
* Analyse data to support business decisions
* Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
* Work closely with stakeholders across different business areas
* Support process improvement and identify optimisation opportunities
* Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability
* Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, documentation and workflows
Profile required
* 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Business-oriented mindset with good communication skills
* Experience with Power BI, Jira and Confluence
* Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL is a plus
* Autonomous, organised and proactive
