With delivery centers spanning multiple locations worldwise, they focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless service delivery.GBS plays a strategic role in the company's long-term success, actively contributing to its growth and development.By joining them, you will be a part of a forward-thinking team that drives impactful change and supports a dynamic operational environment.The HR Senior Specialist plays a key strategic role in aligning HR functions with business objectives, working closely with Human Resources department in HQ and GPOs.
This position is responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee development, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
The HR Senior Specialist ensures compliance with labor laws, manages compensation & benefits and leads talent management strategies.The key responsibilities of this role are:Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment processesDevelop and implement onboarding programsOrganize internships and collaborate with universitiesPlan and coordinate internal and external employer branding events (e.g., job fairs, industry competitions)Manage, oversee and suggest improvements to the Applicant Tracking System, including implementing new functionalitiesHR Services:Address employee inquiries through Helpdesk and direct interactionsManage administrative and contractual processesMaintain accurate personnel records in the ERP systemManage employees' time, absenteeism, and sick leavesCollaborate with government offices and relevant institutional entities (e.g.
IEFP) regarding HR mattersCompensation and Benefits:Manage employees' benefits (e.g.
select benefits, update benefits platform, manage billing)Conduct salary analysis against market data and support salary strategy and budgetMonitor and optimize the compensation system, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company budgetTraining & Development:Identify and analyze training needs in partnership with managementPrepare and manage the annual training plan and budgetCoordinate training sessions and support post-training activities such as certification, and registration in the HR systemFacilitate talent management initiatives, identifying development paths and supporting periodic employee evaluationsReporting & Compliance:Prepare reports and KPIs for management and headquartersUpdate internal regulations, procedures, and instructionsProvide data and documentation for audits and internal controlsCoordinate employee satisfaction surveys and act on feedbackAdditional Responsibilities:Participate actively in departmental and company-wide HR projectsIf you have:Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR; experience in GBS environment is a plusExperience managing recruitment, employee development, and compensation and benefits processesSkills and CompetencesStrong knowledge of labor law, HR management, and training processesProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skillsEffective collaboration, communication, and customer service orientationContinuous improvement mindset with openness to change and a proactive approach to promoting best practices across the organizationAdditional InformationLanguage proficiency: Portuguese and English at a B2 level; knowledge of German is a plusGood understanding of tax policies and regulatory requirements in HRBenefits:Working in a dynamic environment with vibrant team spiritCareer opportunities within the companyHome office policy of 2 days / weekAdditional days off on Dec 24th and 31stBirthday offReferral BonusLife InsuranceHealth Insurance, extended to family members
