Global Lifecycle Engineering > Service Industrialisation > VSI - Request Analysis & Coordination
As a global team we ensures the implementation of all brand service projects (Vestas and Multibrand), engineering changes. The team members are in Denmark, Germany, India, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the US. We work in close coordination with a number of stakeholders across the organization such as operations engineering, platform and Multibrand management, VPS and the SBUs. We clearly believe in a diversified and multi-cultural workforce which can enhance the overall performance of the team and our service to the customers.
Responsibilities
1. The ECM Change Lead coordinator will be responsible for implementation of end-to-end change (E2E) and can be perceived as a kind of Project Manager for each change under your responsibility
2. First point of contact for internal as well as external stakeholders and customers
3. ECM Change Lead coordinator is the guide and controller throughout all stages of the respective change until fully implemented and utilizable for the Service Business.(Implementation in this sense means effective system implementation of the change request solution as defined)
4. Should be good at quality and governance as well as a strict ability to give pushback when needed
Qualifications
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the job
6. 6 years of experience in a professional work environment
7. 5+ years of experience in change management, change implementation and focused client support
8. Experience in handling small cross-functional teams
9. Project management experience is good to have
10. Solid experience in PDMLink and SAP
11. Solid PC computer skills (MS Office) required, MS Office - Outlook, Word and Excel

14. Qualified skills on controlling status of changes and follow-up; deep understanding of Governance and KPI settings and benefits for the organization
15. Great communication skills - both verbal and written - to properly communicate with internal and external stakeholders

17. Highly motivated, focused and motivated personality, ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
18. Ability to work with no supervision as well as collaborate in a team environment
19. Thorough interest of standardizing and enhancing existing setups for improvement
20. Skilled ability and interest to complete assignments and meet deadlines
