Key Responsibilities
Lead team at Mizu Teppanyaki
Create innovative and balanced Asian dishes
Develop menus aligned with Mizu concept
Work high quality Asian ingredients
Apply specific Asian culinary techniques
Ensure HACCP and hygiene compliance
Oversee precise daily mise en place
Profile / Requirements
Experience in Asian cuisine (preferred)
Knowledge of Asian ingredients and techniques
Minimum 2 years in similar role
Culinary production training
Fluent English required
Portuguese knowledge is a plus
Creativity and innovation in dish creation
Strong operational leadership skills
Organization, precision, attention to detail
