We are looking for an Compliance Project Manager.
Mission: The role involves coordinating weekly meetings to assess project status, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. The project will involve a comprehensive assessment of current information security practices, identification of gaps, and the development of policies and procedures aligned with ISO standards. A dedicated project manager will lead the initiative, facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
Profile: Seeking expertise in ISO27001/27002 project management and coaching to effectively manage and streamline our compliance processes. The expertise should also include the ability to evaluate and determine the necessary resources, required to achieve project goals. This project is critical to our organizational compliance strategy, and we are looking for a structured approach to ensure timely completion. The ideal expertise will have a strong understanding of ISO standards and the ability to lead a team towards successful project execution. We are committed to achieving full compliance and require a strategic partner to guide us through this process.
Responsibilities:
* Establish an Information Security Management System (ISMS) compliant with ISO 27001/27002.
* Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment and implement risk treatment plans.
* Develop and document information security policies and procedures.
* Implement training and awareness programs for employees.
* Ensure continuous improvement and prepare for ISO 27001 certification.
* Weekly status meetings and progress reports.
* Task delegation and follow-up
* Resource assessment and allocation
* Comprehensive compliance documentation.
* Delivery of training materials and awareness sessions.
* Final project report and readiness for ISO 27001 certification audit.
Requirements:
* Higher education in Computer Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or similar areas.
* Expertise in ISO27001/27002 project management and coaching
* Resilient, organized, able to manage stressful situations.
* The role requires a high degree of autonomy in decision-making, anticipating problems and ensuring full commitment to their resolution.
* We are looking for someone who makes things happen and is results-oriented.
* Communication must be a dominant and innate skill, people-oriented, with strong empathy for the different stakeholders that make up our internal customers.
* Fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
